We love sausage, but it can be high in sodium. In this fast, healthy dinner, we make our own turkey sausage with crushed red pepper, garlic, fennel seeds, paprika and just a touch of salt. Scoop out some of the flesh from the middle of each avocado half. Place the avocado halves upright in a baking dish and brush with lime juice. Crack an egg into each and season with salt and pepper.
