I need a food tracker, but to ensure that I get enough food in a day, not to lose weight. Drink lots of water and take a daily multivitamin. The food is great and a lot better tasting than Jenny Craig. Trying to figure out what works best for me. I am 81 yrs old and on a fixed income now.
